Summer
Summer Camp is such a beloved season we offer at Adventure Camps. While many of us are aware of what some San Francisco summertime weather can be like (wet, foggy, and cold), Adventure Camps is fortunate to have the flexibility of leaving those un-summer-like conditions behind to find far warmer and brighter conditions to enjoy. We provide a safe and fun environment for children to explore the many wonders San Francisco and the Bay Area has to offer. We believe in the importance of variety. Each day at Adventure Camps is filled with new and fun places for kids to discover and investigate. The diversity in our days educates, engages, and encourages each and every child to try something new, and learn more about themselves in the process. Summer Camp is all about fun! Where kids have the space and support to be kids!
Join us for our 40th year of Summer Camp fun! For boys and girls ages 4 to 14. Our summer sessions begin on June 13th, and run weekly through September 2nd. You may enroll your child in weekly increments or for the whole summer.
Summer Rates:
Multiple week discount based on advanced registration. To get the price break for multiple weeks, you must sign up and pay in advance. Adding on extra weeks will be billed at the rate per week for which you have already paid. The price per week is for each child, not per family.
1 week: $400 per week
2-4 weeks: $380 per week
5-8 weeks: $360 per week
9-12 weeks: $340 per week
Before and After Camps Care Rates:
AM: from 8:00am - $50 per week
PM: until 5:00pm - $100 per week

Our unique Mobile Day Camps are available during school vacations. This is a great time to be in camp — a time to meet new friends, renew old acquaintances, and have a fun break from school. We provide a safe and fun environment for children to explore the many wonders San Francisco and the Bay Area has to offer.
Our vans are fully stocked with everything we need, no matter where the day may find us. Send your kids with a lunch and warm clothing and we will take care of the rest! Children wear seat belts in the vans at all times and the ratio of children to counselors is usually 6 to 1 or less.
Our Vacation camp activities combine education with entertainment and structure with spontaneity to create a well-balanced and fun program. A wide variety of activities may be chosen from, based on the daily weather and season, the ages of the children, and the counselor’s expertise.

During the school year Adventure Camps offers it’s unique, totally mobile before school program for pre-school age children. We invite you to join us in our 41st year of providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children to discover and explore the many wonders of San Francisco.
In our well-equipped maxi-vans, we explore the amazing landscape of San Francisco. Each day, we select activities that are the most appropriate for the children, combining education with entertainment and structure with spontaneity, to create a program that is well balanced and lots of fun. We spend a lot of time outdoors. Some of the activities we enjoy, include exploring and playing in Golden Gate Park, flying kites on the Marina Green, creating new playground games, and visiting the big ships and Maritime Museum at Aquatic Park. We love to visit the bison or the horses in Golden Gate Park. Hunting for treasure and finding the perfect sticks to build the best tree forts. When the weather gets cold and wet in the winter, there are plenty of indoor places we can visit. We love to learn about marine life at the Maritime Museum, and there is always something new and interesting at the Exploratorium. Fort Point and the Presidio Museum offer us new insight into San Francisco’s colorful history. There is no end to the amazing and fun places we explore at Adventure Camps!

ENROLLMENT INFO
To reserve a space for the Fall Camp, simply fill out the enclosed application form and return it with a $150.00 deposit. Camp is on a first come first serve basis and space is limited. With the exception of a $150 non-refundable deposit, all tuition is refundable up until your child’s second time in camp. After that time there are no refunds for any reason including illness, withdrawal or dismissal. There are no refunds or make-ups for missed days.
