When it comes to choosing our staff, we are highly selective. While most of our staff is made up of former Adventure Campers, on rare occasions we meet someone of exceptional talent and character that will come aboard. Each counselor must genuinely love being among children, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and have an honest and direct personal style. Before each new season begins, our counselors participate in special training sessions. We review safety, logistics, and discuss the critical need to treat each child with personal attention and respect.
